Recording Utility Bills:
- Electricity Bill:
- Tap the "Electricity" button.
- Select the corresponding year and month.
- Input the electricity bill amount and confirm by tapping OK.
- Gas Bill:
- Tap the "Gas" button.
- Select the applicable year and month.
- Enter the gas price and tap OK.
- Water Bill:
- Tap the "Water" button.
- Select the desired year and month.
- Input the water bill amount and confirm by tapping OK.
Historical Data Visualization:
Users can view line graphs for previous years by selecting years such as "2018" or "2017," or by tapping "Electricity," "Gas," and "Water" at the top of each graph, providing a comparative analysis of past usage.
Accessing Previous Records:
To review last year's records, users can scroll or swipe sideways on the graph display screen to access and edit those entries.
Edit Recorded Information:
Edit logged amounts or usages by tapping on the relevant table at the bottom of the screen. This action opens an editable interface that allows alterations in recorded utility costs, including delete options. Previous entries can be reviewed by hitting the edit button.
Customization Options:
Users can personalize their experience by selecting a color theme through the "Change Color" option in the upper right menu. The default color settings can be reverted to the original hue (purple) at any time.
Categorization Preferences:
The ability to conceal gas-related graphs, tables, and buttons collectively is offered through the “Electricity, gas, water settings” available in the options menu.
Adding Custom Items:
Add free items through [Free item settings], with a limit of nine. Enable items by navigating to [Set free items] in the upper right menu, where they are disabled by default. Users can customize item names, usage units, and choose whether to display related graphs as desired.
Total Monthly Overview:
Selecting “Monthly total” in the upper right corner brings up a comprehensive overview page of total expenses for quick reference.
Data Management for Model Changes:
To transfer model change data, users can access “Model change data transfer” from the menu to create backup files or restore data as needed.
